Social Media & Partnership Manager:in | Start: April 2025

• Location: Based in Hamburg, Berlin or remote within Germany
• Type of employment: Mini/ Midijob/ Teilzeit (8-10/week) or Freelance
• Languages: Fluent in English and German

We are looking for a Social Media & Partnership Manager to oversee our Social Media platform's to presence while managing influencer collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and user-generated content (UGC). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social media strategy, negotiation, and relationship management, with the option to occasionally step in front of the camera to represent Hey Honey.

Your Responsibilities:

• Influencer & Affiliate Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers and affiliates to drive brand awareness and sales.

• UGC Strategy & Curation: Develop and manage user-generated content campaigns, ensuring high-quality, authentic content aligned with our brand.

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee social media activations, collaborations, and product promotions across Instagram & TikTok.

• Partnership Coordination: Handle communication, agreements, and deliverables with content creators, ensuring seamless collaboration.

• Live Shopping & Brand Representation: If comfortable, host live shopping events or product showcases on Instagram & TikTok.

• Content & Community Management: Plan and execute engaging content, monitor trends, and interact with our community.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Your Profile:

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, and partnership management.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Passion for fashion, fitness, and digital marketing.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve campaign performance.

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).

• Independent, proactive, and structured working style.

• Flexible availability: Mini/ Midijob/ Teilzeit (8-10/week) or Freelance
